Jazz Cartier

Jazz Cartier

Drake isn’t the only rapper with a claim to Toronto.

Jazz Cartier, whose excellent debut album Marauding In Paradise is filled with Toronto-isms, is doing a mighty good job of his own to romanticize the 6.
