It’s most basic element was to treat his career like a marathon, not a sprint. With his current Westworld success that appears to have been good advice.

Elite martial arts fighter Michael Bisping has announced his retirement.

Though the UFC fighter is known superficially for his loud mouth and many high-profile fights, his path towards retirement was an interesting and deeply self-reflective one.
