One of the better films Sarah saw at TIFF 2016 was The Salesman, an Iranian vengeance tale inspired in part by Arthur Miller’s Death of a Salesman.

Influential First Nations film director Alanis Obomsawin followed a nearly decade long discrimination court case between native groups and the Canadian government to create her latest work, We Can’t Make The Same Mistake Twice.
The gets to the heart of the court proceedings to reveal some of the many reasons why First Nations peoples feel they’re not treated like equal citizens in Canada.
