It’s also a musical metaphor that confronts the monster that is transgender rights.

Dave Sholler, peacekeeper
Dave Sholler, the UFC’s former PR man, recently left the company to take a job in the NBA.
One of the most concerning aspects of Sholler’s departure is the gaping void he leaves behind in the role of press conference peacekeeper.
It was Sholler, you see, who was often tasked with managing the frail pre-fight truce/anticipatory theater that was fighter press conferences.

(re)assignment
When Sarah saw the film (re)assignment at TIFF 2016 she was not impressed by the gender reassignment revenge thriller.

Gegard Mousasi
UFC fighter Gegard Mousasi’s first fight wasn’t exactly a fair one.
