Spike Lee‘s much-anticipated Michael Jackson documentary Bad 25 debuted at the Toronto International Film Festival last week.

It’s a pretty thorough though slightly fan-ish look at Jacko’s Bad album.

Sarah saw it and wrote about the 11 lessons she learned from the film for Huffington Post Music Canada.

The Toronto International Film Festival announced a number of new movies that would be showing at the event and there were a few music ones amongst the names.

The highest profile would probably be Spike Lee‘s Michael Jackson documentary Bad 25 about Jacko’s Bad album. Next is Harmony Korine‘s Spring Breakers and its soundtrack by Skrillex. Then there’s Greetings From Tim Buckley, which is probably the lowest profile of the three, but likely the most interesting to record collector types.

Anyway, Sarah wrote a recap about this for Spinner. You can read more by clicking here.
