Jiu-Jitsu Is Back

At UFC 196 two of the biggest wins — by Nate Diaz over Conor McGregor and Miesha Tate over Holly Holm — were capped off with jiu-jitsu finishing moves.

This was affirmation that jiu-jitsu, one of the most important elements to mixed martial arts, though one of the least flashy, was still vital to success in the sport.
