Cyborg Revisited

Cristiane “Cyborg” Justino

Cristiane “Cyborg” Justino considered the best female mixed martial artist outside of the UFC.

And the reason why she’s outside of the UFC is mainly because there isn’t an actual weight class for her to fight in.

A lot of Cyborg’s career arc has revolved around will she or won’t she fight Ronda Rousey. It’s a superfight that’ll probably never happen.

As such, Sarah theorized that it’s time Cyborg start being viewed on her own merits as opposed to as a potential Rousey opponent.

MusiCounts Does First-Ever Standalone Concert Tonight

MusiCounts concert

MusiCounts, the music education charity that’s run by Juno Awards overseers CARAS, has been around for 19 years.

In all this time, though, the organization has never put on its own charity show.

Until now.

Sylvester Stallone Wins Golden Globe For ‘Creed’

Creed

It seems that by passing on the Rocky film franchise to new blood has been good karma for Sylvester Stallone.

Creed, the film reboot in which Stallone’s signature character Rocky is now an elder statesman/secondary character, recently earned the actor a Best Supporting Actor trophy at the Golden Globes this year.
