Letterkenny’s Andrew Herr
One of the comic foil’s on the v amusing smalltown Canadian comedy Letterkenny is the “Jonesy” the hockey player, played by Andrew Herr.
On the show Jonesy is a frequently posturing, not entirely successful tough guy.
It turns out one of Herr’s first fights — an incident involving pinched nipple, crying in front of his classmates and shame — wasn’t particularly successful either.

Jared Keeso in Letterkenny
“How’re ye now?”
This simple phrase is both a greeting and secret code to identify devotees of the best Canadian show on television, Letterkenny.
In an alternate universe Letterkenny star and co-creator Jared Keeso might have never gotten to make his smalltown comedy about brawling and social cliques. That’s because a few years ago he got into a bigtown brawl that could have jeopardized his filming of a Don Cherry film as well as his career.
This winding exposition will all make sense if you head over to Fightland to read the interview Keeso did with Sarah about the punch-up in question.

Paige VanZant
No doubt with dollar signs in their eyes and dreams of “the next Ronda Rousey” in their minds, the UFC has fed us a continuously fed us a non-stop diet of Paige VanZant in the last couple years.
Thing is, the upcoming fighter isn’t quite ready for that spotlight and the results have been… uneven.
That’s OK, though, says Sarah.

Shinobu Kandori is a Japanese pro wrestler/politician/MMA star. She’s also 52 years old and has just signed on to fight a woman who’s 6″1 and 210 pounds in an upcoming fight.
