Jeff Buckley

Jeff Buckley

My “This Week In Music History” feature went out again this week over at the Spinner.

Jeff Buckley died this week 15 years ago. That tends to make people sad. I prefer his father Tim, myself. Also celebrating an anniversary this week, the great Franz Ferdinand spy scandal… where Russian authorities thought lead singer Alex Kapranos was an international spy. Oh, and almost 50 years ago this week 11 students were suspended from school for having hair like Jagger, hair like Jagger.
